Quality Meats was established in 2006 as the first restaurant from Michael Stillman, whose father, Alan Stillman, founded famed steakhouse brand Smith & Wollensky. Quality Meats was the first of its kind: a modern steakhouse with industrial design, positioned squarely in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Designed by AvroKO, the restaurant features exposed concrete, raw ceilings, Edison bulbs, and other features that had previously never been north of 14th Street. It quickly became a New York City hotspot.

Nearly 20 years later, Quality Meats continues to be one of New York City’s best steakhouses. Featuring locally-sourced meats and creative takes on American classics, Quality Meats is a must-visit in the city. View menu
